Shared accommodation, commonly known as a share house, involves renting a property with other students. There are two types of shared accommodation:
- managed student share housing (agent operated)
- privately organised.
Manged student share housing usually provides you with fully furnished accommodation that includes:
- a lockable bedroom
- a shared kitchen
- a shared bathroom
- a living area
- utilities and internet.
