1. Inspect the place before you pay money.
2. Read the contract before you sign it.
3. Your property manager/owner lodges your rental bond with the RTA
4. You’ll need an Australian bank account to get your Bond back
5. Pay rent ON TIME and get receipts.
6. Keep the place clean, tidy and get undamaged.
7. Keep to the terms of your contract.
8. Know your rights and responsibilities.
