4-bedroom shared house, Finney Road

Quiet, tree-surrounded Queenslander in a very convenient location
• 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, with direct buses to the city and UQ
• 10-15 minute walk to the train station
• 5-10 minute walk to the shopping mall

The shared areas are fully furnished, and every room has its own AC and fly screens.

The bedroom: Partially furnished, contains an inbuilt wardrobe and table. It's spacious enough to fit a queen bed.
The room dimensions: 107. 4sq feet excluding the table and wardrobe.
Table dimensions: 98cm x 51cm

You'll be living with three girls in their mid- to late-20s. Bills are split equally and not included in the rent (approx. 15 to 20 AUD a week).

The landlord lives nearby and is always available if we need any help!

You'll share the bathroom with two of the girls (the other has an ensuite). The room comes with a ceiling fan and AC (which has a heat mode).

This is a non-smoking & non-partying household, and we're ideally looking for a female housemate in a similar age range (mid-20s to mid-30s) who is clean and respects everyone's space.

About the flatmates:
Reina (29): Freelance English-Japanese translator who loves cooking, baking, reading, watching films and TV shows, and going to museums/art galleries.
Kora (26): Marketing student, working in hospitality. Passionate about art. Likes traveling, cooking and painting.
Ann (28): Postgraduate student at UQ studying social work and working in hospitality. Loves cooking, watching movies and listening to music.

We are all relatively quiet but friendly and up for occasional wine/movie nights!
