2-bedroom shared unit / apartment, Cottenham Street

I am a 21-year-old Law and Justice student. I hold the lease to the Fairfield apartment and am looking for a clean and tidy female to rent the second bedroom. My lease ends in May, but I aim to extend for another year, so there is the option to stay, provided my lease is extended. The internet is included in the rent, but water and electricity are not.

I have lived in the apartment for 2 years. I have all the furniture for the shared area and kitchen necessities. All you need to do is furnish your own bedroom, including supplying your bed, and anything you want for your bathroom.

The apartment is in a quiet street in Fairfield and right next to a park. It is just 5km from the centre of Brisbane. The apartment is a safe 50 metres walk from the outbound bus stop. Dutton Park Station is just two streets away. There are public transport connections to QUT (both campuses), UQ at St Lucia and Griffith at Nathan. Fairfield Gardens Shopping Centre is less than a kilometre away, with both Coles and Aldi.
