-A third room is occupied by other owner of home (31m), who stays very much out of the way but is respectful of everyone's space, peace and happy to chat. He is very quiet and we would love someone who is the same


-Large living space that has a TV/sitting area at the entrance which is connected to terrestrial channels and has a Blu-Ray player, with a lot of different books open for anyone to read


-The kitchen is a large open space, fully equipped with anything you'd need to cook/live. It includes a deep, two-shelved, cupboard for each roommate that is for their exclusive use. The fridge is large with plumbed ice/water dispenser and you will have your own dedicated shelves in the fridge and freezer sections


-Finally extending into a furnished dining area, that includes a large dining table and vast amount of board games for everyone to use


-A laundry room, with adjoining toilet (for everyone's use), has a basin and washer/dryer


-The backyard has a wide, furnished sitting area, well maintained grass and clothes line


-All of the above are shared spaces that everyone is welcome to use and take care of


A 1. 5yo Dog Ezra (Papillon) lives in the house about half the day, and is often with the owner in his room but is very friendly and once warmed up, will always say hello

There is a garage and driveway, that is for use by the owners and not part of the share area

What we'd love to see in a prospective tenant:
-Someone who is clean/will keep their spaces + common spaces tidy and who is quiet during early and late hours

-Someone who likes dogs and is willing to get to know Ezra

-Someone who is respectful that shared spaces are for everyone and areas like the kitchen need to have fair use during times like dinner

-We will need proof of employment and a police check
