- take over lease until early July, 2025. You can renew with the student accomodation provider directly if you'd like to after the current lease.

- Rental fee is AUD 399/week as I signed 1 year contract initially. So you can save at least AUD 160/monthly if you take over this lease.

- Priority will be given to students already granted with 500 visa (if you are international), or students who are from Australia or other countries where 500 student visa is not required.

- Female tenants preferred. But if you were a male student, please reach out to me and there might be a similar room available in a seperate all-male or mixed-gender apartment.

- Housing is in high demand, so please confirm by the end of December if interested.
