Grace has been home to a balanced life for university students for more than 50 years - providing much more than just a room in which to live. There's always someone to lean on. Someone to show you the way. A hot meal when you need more time to think. Entertainment with friends to give you a break. The shared understanding of those with whom you share your home.

We are welcoming a new generation of students with a new way of providing our services. What's new is that you can tailor your package and have it priced accordingly. Like to cook and only need one meal a day provided? We can accommodate you.

Our Basic Community Package includes fully-furnished study bedroom, bed linen laundered weekly, bathrooms cleaned for you, weekly Community Dinners on Tuesdays, all utilities (electricity, gas, wifi), onsite gym, UQSport Gold Gym Membership, student-organised internal events, all day hot drinks and fresh fruit and more...
