City Groves- Student Accomodation

Thankfully we have not had any cases of Covid-19 in our complex. We are making efforts to ensure that our tenants remain informed and up dated on the current situation as needed to ensure their continued safety. Tenants are also encouraged to practice social distancing and maintain a high level of hygiene. We are also maintaining our monthly house cleaning, which is free of charge.

Our most popular! This room is ideal for those who want quality basic room to sleep and study in. It comes fully furnished, and is located on the first of 3 floors- which insulates it from the heat in summer.

Room 3-Courtyard Crib:
Available Immediately. For those of you on a budget- but want a little more space and luxury than the basic single- consider this unique space that comes with comes with access to it's own private courtyard. If you fancy yourself a bit of a green thumb- you can plants some shrubs or herbs in the backyard- or set up some outdoor seating on the patio (we have plenty of small outdoor sets for you to use! )
