The free Cityhopper Ferry runs every 30 mins from nearby Dockside and Thornton Street Ferry terminals, to the City & South Bank. QUT is just a short walk over the Goodwill Bridge from the Maritime Museum terminal just 2 stops from Thornton Street. Alternatively the CityCat Ferry departing from nearby Mowbray Park Terminal will take you directly to the QUT Gardens Point Ferry Terminal.

Studio – Type F (Large Fully Self Contained Studio, No Balcony): $330-360 *Limited Units*

What is in my Room/Apartment?
Your fully furnished apartment includes a queen bed (bed size approx. 153cm x 203cm), or 2 x single beds (bed size approx. 92cm x 182cm), desk and study chair, cupboards, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom.

What is included in my Rent?
• Electricity and water usage
• 16 GB of Internet per week – cabled or Wi-Fi
• Access to the resident only gym and lounge area

What is not included in my Rent?
• Departure Clean - $199
• Food
• Bed linen and kitchen crockery and appliances

The property also boasts a café on the ground floor, a large modern resident’s gym, and a resident’s common area which includes a large screen TV. Students love living here!
