5-bedroom shared granny flat, Rode Road

The house is a very traditional heritage timber and tin Queenslander built in in 1905 as the original farm house (called Inuba) on top of the hill in this area. It is on a large 1/4 block with large front and rear yards. The house is in original charming condition. The original servants quarters (flat / studio apartment) was built in under the house. (Called Inubita). It has access to the lower fire place. It is fully furnished, private and self contained with double bed, ensuite, shower, toilet and basin. It has its own kitchenette and fridge. There is a shared laundry next to the flat. Sealed parking is available under the house next to the flat. Nundah village town centre and railway station are a short walk downhill. I am an Engineering student at QUT and share the house with my wife and two teenage daughters (UQ students).
