Suburban home, close to Fruitgrove train station and bus 150,156,155. 156 can arrive in the Brisbane city Garden Point Campus in approximately 30 mins and arrives at 5-7 intervals during peak hours. Sporting Pineland, Eight Miles Plain shopping centre as well as 10 mins distance to Garden City shopping centre.

Newly installed carpet, air-condition for 3 of the 4 rooms, due to past smoker damages to carpets please understand that we currently do not accept smokers.

Entire house has to be rented under one agreement as per a normal rental.

Sharing of house - Up to 3-4 residents at max. All residents must be approved.
Gardening - We cover
Electricity, Water - As we cannot control the usage you will have to pay those separately
Internet - At own connection, NBN is available
